At Swarg Jewellery, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in offering high-quality jewellery products and strive to provide a smooth, hassle-free shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our Refund and Returns Policy outlines your options.

1. Eligibility for Return

You may initiate a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or not as described
  • You receive the wrong item
  • You notify us within 7 days of delivery

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • It must be returned in the original packaging with tags, certificates (if any), invoice, and accessories

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Customized or personalized jewellery
  • Products bought on clearance/sale
  • Gift cards or vouchers
  • Items that show signs of wear or damage due to misuse

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at logistics@swargjewellery.in or WhatsApp us at +91 95864 17001 within 7 days of receiving the item.
  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and clear images (if applicable).
  3. Our team will approve the return and arrange for reverse pickup (where available).
  4. Pack the item securely and hand it over to the delivery agent.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Credit Card, UPI, Wallet, etc.)
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), we will issue a bank transfer or UPI refund after confirmation

Note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchange Option

If you wish to exchange the product:

  • You can request a replacement for the same item (if in stock) or choose another product of equal or higher value.
  • The customer must pay any price difference.

6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
  • For prepaid orders, the amount will be refunded within 7 working days.
